Ms. Yolanda Victoria Torres is a Certified Family Law Specialist, State
Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization [Which has many
requirements, such as minimum trial experience in various areas of
family law, being held in high esteem by peers, and favorably
evaluated by other attorneys and judges]. Ms. Torres earned her J.D.
from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and her
Bachelor's degree in Political Science from California State University,
Long Beach. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with
experience in real estate law and transactions and an active member
of the Orange County Association of Realtors.
Initially, Ms. Torres began her legal career as a certified law clerk for
the Orange County District Attorney’’s office, where she received
honors. Ms. Torres commenced her family law experience by clerking
for the Orange County District Attorney’’s Office, Family Support
Division. After being admitted to the State Bar of California, Ms. Torres
moved on to work for a renowned boutique law firm in Beverly Hills,
where she worked on celebrity divorce actions. A native of Orange
County, Ms. Torres returned to Orange County to be close to her
friends and family.
Her diverse professional background has been extremely beneficial in
her legal career as a family law attorney. Ms. Torres has a teaching
background and taught various subject matter from grades K-6. Her
teaching experience was invaluable and provided her with more
insight regarding the emotional difficulties divorce has on children.
Ms. Torres loves to travel and has traveled extensively throughout the
Western United States, and Europe. During college, Ms. Torres was
very fortunate to have participated in an exchange program where she
was able to live abroad with a host family twice. This experience

vast experience in many areas of the law. He has a diverse
educational background which includes a Bachelor's degree from
John Carroll University in Ohio, a Master's degree from the George
Lucas School of Cinema and Television at the University of Southern
California, and a J.D. from Western State University, College of Law.
Mr. Haytas has extensive litigation experience in the area of Labor and
Employment Law. In addition, his expertise includes, but is not limited
to civil litigation, business law, and estate planning.
In his spare time, Mr. Haytas actively pursues his passion for Kart Car
